Joshua Barney 2011 Post Season Save Highlight Saves Weir High Soccer

This video contains footage from my senior year post season with Weir High School. We played Wheeling Central in the Section 1 Title and won 1-0 (SO) . I was able to make 3 out of 6 shootout saves, including the 5th and 6th round shots. We then Won 2-1 against Tyler Consolidated in the Region 1 Title. Later we played Berkeley Springs in the AA-A Class State Semi Final. This game also went to a shootout, i was able to another shootout save to get the 3-2 (SO) victory. The next day we played Charleston Catholic in the AA-A Class State Championship game. The score was 0-1 at the end of the first half. The second half started with one of our mid fielders receiving a red card and a breakaway to make the game 0-2. With 8 minutes left in the match, the score was 0-4 and our coach subbed out all 11 starters. The game finished 6-0 and we received state runnerup.
