[FS] Spike Boxes 1.0 (SA-MP)

With this Filterscript for GTA San Andreas Multiplayer (SA-MP), you can create/delete Spike Boxes.
If any Players is driving over them, the car wheels are popping and the car cant drive anymore (see video).
If the trapped car is getting destroyed, the effect is gone after respawn.
The damage is saved for cars, so it doesnt matter, who sits in the car.
If the player wants to repair it (and the cops hadnt killed him ;) ), he can drive to the Pay`n`Spray.
1 p`n`s per city is supported, which can do this, can you see in the screenshots.

@darkdragonu1 As this pops up again and again - this Script was released in June 2009, SA-MP was on version 0.2X there.
There was no "popplayertires", so i had to invent my own system.
Also the pickups werent pickupable for cars in 0.2X, so i had to make it with timers.
This was the first spike box script ever, and of course, it became outdated with 0.3a...
