@sportsinjuryclinic well the pain is not sharper, the pain its more like if i didn't used the muscle in years so its a bit unflexible, and the pain is like stretching but its concentrate in the place i had the muscle tear xD, also i was stretching for the last week, it hurt at beggning but now my range motion until i come to pain has increased, so stretching my body ( special the muscle who had the injury) its helping me ?

@JMRG2992 No. Stretching should be comfortable to perfrom. If it hurts it is your bodies way of saying don't do it! A bit of stiffness and aching are ok, but not sharper pain.

@flosseshe1 Yes it would help to reduce the swelling and increase hamstring flexibility
