no vitamin c from apple. It has to be organic and in vitamins a locking patent to lock nutritions in the tablet.

How about just getting your vitamins from your food? Phytonutrients in fruits and vegetables are as important as the vitamins in them. Example: The same amount of vitamin C from a tablet is not as effective as when it comes with an apple, where it naturally occurs.

@miguelisms sterate is not a no no, only to those who don't really understand it. sterate can be delivered in a soft powder, therefore being fully and easily absorb. just make sure your products mag. sterate is not a cheap quality and your fine.

time released is very very bad. your causing the stomach to not fully digest the supplements therore causing severe stomach irritation in many persons. I'm gonna guess it's also a hard shelled pill, they also don't fully absord and much is wasted and passed on through out waste as well, can also cause constipation in some. the only people who need additional iron is menstrating women, unless your doctor prescibes it. lastly, only buy capsules or softgels, never hard pills. in my opinion.

go to procaplabs andrew lessman has the very best/purest vitamin supplements on this planet,only powdered capsule or softgels so absorption is 100% where as hard pills your getting somewhere between 30 and 50% absorption. He also has video's on here go watch.
