Funny (as in "sad") how everyone is comparing a drummer who's played with Wayne for 10 years with one who's playing with Wayne for the first time. Gary sounds awesome, but OBVIOUSLY different from Keith Carlock. If Gary had played with Wayne for the past 10 years, and it was Carlock in this clip playing with Wayne for the first time - you would all be saying that Keith Carlock sucks.
