Even the fly at 1:16 was pissed at that last brick you laid!!..

I'm going to ask a dumb question: When you get finished with each row of bricks do you move the string up? And, what is the string attached to? I don't know a thing about brick laying and any answers will help.

@SAMJE123456 Hi mate, who's getting £250 a day?The guy in the video? Also well said, most C.O.W's are tradesmen so they can spot these things very easily.

@xxHarveyMoonxx No my friend you are not too fussy, thats what perfect brickwork is all about. Our teacher used to say"Look for good enough and you'll get rubbish.Look for perfection and you'll get good enough"Well spotted Harvey,no C.O.W would accept this work. Why Daniel is putting it up for all to see is beyond me.

The New brick work matches the existing house.
The bed joints are marked and indicated on a profile. Some may be thinner beds than others.
Also The day this was built it was fairly hot. The bricks are very absorbing. It is sometimes better to lay frog down in certain circumstances. I dont like beating the brick down on cement that is drying qiuckly. (As the saying goes..lay them and leave them.)
Hope this helps answer the question.
Kind regards
Daniel
