Tall Paul Mugen Request #4 - Homer VS Vampire Burns

I'm back and better than ever. (Say I'm not and I'll kill you.)

My friend, live4marilyn, requested me to fight Mr. Burns as Homer personally, and boy, was Burns hard. He also wants me to fight Burns at his office, and if you seen JudgeSpear2's intro with Homer and Burns in it, you'll understand.
Now why is Mr. Burns that hard you may ask? His real name in Mugen was Vampire Burns (Your on your own for the Spanish name). He flies around too much and he spits skulls at you, makes me think of Touhou characters flying around with their dashes.
