@songsofscarlet I don't think one can generalise. Richard Miller was a great teacher and I'm sure his legacy still exists in the US. Finding a good teacher is difficult wherever you are in the world.

I don't think it is G.G. After many years of listening to him, a great lover of his voice, having seen him live several times at ROH CovG. U.K. and a professional tenor, I really feel I have to say that this is not the voice of G.G. himself. It's technically not consistent with what he did.The voice you hear is of someone who had a fabulous voice though! Who is/was he? Who is in the photo? It's not G.G. We need to clear this one up. HE IS GIUSEPPE GIACOMINI WITH MAGDA OLIVERO AS FEDORA ! i put a wrong photo but he is Giacomini ok ?!
