At the YWCA Third Annual Empowering Women Luncheon, Xerox CEO Ursula Burns opens up about her childhood in an underprivileged home, recounting memories of her mother who instilled courage, character and the gift of values to her and her siblings. In her inspirational words in the keynote address, Ursula quotes her mother in saying "Where you are is not who you are," as well as other words of encouragement designed to educate her children to rise above circumstances and reach their full potential.
