The last 4 minutes, 30 seconds presented with stoppages cut out, of the March 5th game between the Illinois Fighting Illini and the Penn St. Nittany Lions.

With the margin for error on the bubble getting smaller and smaller every day, Penn St. were in trouble, trailing much of the game against the Illini and needing a big win. There was no give up in Penn St. though, and they took it down to the wire.

As we begin, Illinois (orange) leads Penn St. (in white) 61-53, with Penn St. having possession of the ball.

Dave O'Brien and Steve Lavin have the call.

  • I remember when Mike Tisdale shit his pants in second grade. True Story

  • I was behind the basketball in the band and the students were lined up next to us waiting for .3 to expire. I stood up on my chair to get some video with my phone and I accidentally knocked my chair into the aisle as students were running down almost causing a huge disaster.

  • Best comeback I've ever seen involving an Illinois team! Good job PSU!

  • I was at this game, the george mason game, and the NIT Champ game! I picked the best games to go to this year! I just got the illinois game and george mason game mixed cuz they were both amazing at the end!

  • the student section for this game filled up the sections behind BOTH baskets, as well as the balcony seating above them! It was so crazy. The George Mason game, however... there was barely anybody there.

  • If i remember right, ithe student section extended and filled the sections behind the baskets too! (that might have been the george mason game)

  • who says we dont have a student section? Nittany Nation baby
