I spent the weekend climbing 4 (3 official) 14ers in the beautiful San Juans over laborday weekend. These are the most remote 14ers in Colorado and you have to catch a ride on a train in Durango, CO and get dropped off in the middle of the range. From there it's a 7 mile hike up 3,000 feet to Chicago Basin. From there you can access Sunlight Peak 14,059ft, Windom Peak 14,082ft, Mount Eolus 14,083ft, and N. Eolus14,039ft. I was able to summit all 4 peaks in one day. I then backpaked back down to catch the train into Silverton, then back to Durango. Then it was onto the second part of the trip, Jeeping over Kennebec Pass.
