American M 48 Patton Tank and a Huey Helicopter from a village north west of Saigon near the Cambodian boarder in Vietnam. 1967 attacked by the North Vietnamese Army in the jungle near An Nhon Tay Village. 7000 Huey UH-1 saw service in Vietnam, 3.305 were destroyed, 1.074 Hue pilots were killed, 1.103 crew members.
In July 1969 the ACAV, Armored Cavalry Assault Vehicle Tank was attacked in Cu Chi province, near An Phu Village. This armoured personal vehicle was made of 38 mm aluminium.
The vehicle on the left was used during the French Indochina War.
600 M48 Patton were used in Vietnam.
Today a beautiful lizard is living in M48 Patton Tank.
