Lecture series on Advanced Operations Research by Prof. G.Srinivasan, Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras. For more details on NPTEL visit http://nptel.iitm.ac.in
The game theory portion is the learning for the "tradeoffs" occurring in forward and backward passes of CPM. This becomes more obvious when one has to adjust project schedules against resource and other constraints. Very good lecture from an enthusiastic facilitator. Handwriting and speaking both clearly articulated the information. Thanks for sharing this!
he is a life saver :)
