@Sood81 well do you live in America

@squeakyla Are saying that because you like it or because it is better than the other alternatives? Or both? I tried the Almond milk one, but it had agave nectar in it. I also felt like it wasn't as smooth as milk because I could feel the tiny pieces of nut when I swallowed it. And it is really expensive compared to normal milk (where I live). So I gave up on alternatives and now I am not buying milk, but I do use products that have milk in it just not as much as I use to.

@TheSqueenie I tried the rice milk, I didn't like it. Coconut milk we use for cooking not drinking, but I do drink coconut water. Also I don't like soy milk. So I only have the almond milk left to try. I hope it taste good with cereal.

Tonight I've discovered, Raw or organic, Milk still has too much growth hormone & the possibility of Mad Cow. Our country calls it Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc. (see Scripps.edu study) but the govt can't say that, too much money at stake, but if the rest of the western countries have it, why don't we? the way they test the cows has a lot to do with it. After all this research and so many vids supporting the facts, I think milk isn't worth the risk for my family. it's worth a change in taste.
Soooooo stupid to drink another animal's milk

MILK CONSUMPTION ACTUALLY INCREASES YOUR RISK OF OSTEOPOROSIS AS WELL AS MANY OTHER DISEASES. THE WESTERN WORLD HAS THE HIGHEST CONSUMPTION OF DAIRY ALSO THE HIGHEST CASES OF OSTEOPOROSIS. THE ANIMAL PROTEIN IN THE MILK ACTUALLY LEECHES CALCIUM FROM YOUR BONES!!
