Google Side Wiki is a new Google Toolbar Feature has launched today. This feature looks to be their latest attempt to build communities around web sites in their index , perhaps as a way to better utilize social signals for ranking both web pages and social media profiles. This is an early look at the feature (within the first few minutes of launch)
Not published or censored comment, thanks Youtube !

@renefeli Dialog gets in the way of useful information. I believe sidewiki's technique is better.

Just meant : yes it is for posting useful information, as Crabzy does, but can't have a dialog, a conversation with people, unlike Crabzy.

I'm not sure what you mean.

I just cheched out OpenCOments, but it is again one more tool to install into your browser and polutes your browsing !!
Crabzy is far better because it is a dedicated website, and doesn't need any boring and fastidious installation of we don't know what.... Go to Crabzy and leave your comment, nothing more involving !! And EVERYONE who visits sites will see everyone else's comments OF COURSE !!!!!!

I just checked out Crabzy. Nowhere nearly as effective as OpenCOmments or Sidewiki. The difference is that Crabzy is just another forum, whereas with OpenComments, EVERYONE who visits a given site sees everyone else's comments.

When did Crabzy come out? OpenComments came out last December.

Apparently, posts here that reference Google are deleted by the censor, so I can't post the URL. Just try googling "extension OpenComments" to get to it in the Chrome extnesions gallery.

Seems like my comments aren't getting posted. I'll try one more time.
Check out OpenComments for an extension that does the same thing as Sidewiki, but also supports conversations.
