I liked your family sparring. The lady is really amazing, so quick and fearless while training. I am traing taekwondo and I just got my first dan Black belt and I would like to train my son the same way you do with yours but he is only 2 years now but he wil start soon I hope. Good video!!!

Thank you. She is an exception runner too, made the Texas state cross country meet in 2007, she also having a 97 overall grade average. I wish we had more time in the day, tae kwon do being such a good sport, but public school taking so much time (they were home schooled until 2007). Blessings with the son and futurer fun there too.

I used to could play with them; it might be the other way around today. Our rules are #1, no face contact, #2 back off after 3 or 4 punches/kicks. Otherwise it turns into a free-for-all blood bath, with everyone getting really angry. I have had to step between them too many times. Today, Son's testosterone has arrived, she as quick as can be (in the Black test, 4 Masters went away with sore ears).

Thank you, this was an older video. We just passed the Black in August07, after 8 years of study and daily training. For an old fart, it was a challenge. Son is now near 6' a budding athlete, same with daughter (only shorter), expect her to make the state meet this year in cross country. # 1 daughter (not shown) is a downtown Houston attorney. Fun this karate is - for one with barbarian genetics.
