  • I remember one time, I got cramps while working at a clothing store. I couldn't get any pain relievers because I suddenly had a lot of customers. I almost started crying. People started looking at me funny. Sometimes I get fatigued or even feverish on the first fay of my menstral. I did a parasite clease and toxin cleanse a while back and my period became more regular and less painful. It still hurts though. I am on mine right now, first day.

  • iv stop working out for about a month now because my mother has some kindey stones and i love to go with my mom so i have noticed that my cramps are very bad again so i really think just alittle working out goes along way to help out with cramps
