@donealreadysp LOL Egypt begged for help? Egypt never begged anyone for anything, we are not Israel LOL, Listen UN asked for cease fire but Egypt didn't care about it and completed the attack, you read history dumbass, History proves that Egypt won.
and in 1973 we asked soviet union to give us modern weapons like Israel but they refused, and still we kicked their asses and got Suez canal in 1956 and Sinai in 1973

@zamowner1 they won because the soviets and america begun to make threats that they would get involved, egypt begged for help to the USSR and after the war they signed loads of arms deals with the USSR to get more advanced weapons than Israel!
Read a History book for goodness sake!

@RichardElden LOL it's true the Egyptian soldiers had very old weapons and still they Won the war, Imagine if Egypt had Modern weapons, they would have conquered the 3 countries.

dude Egypt won, why don't you want to believe that? Egypt is not a weak country, Egypt is the Biggest and the main Enemy of Israel, even though Iran keep threatening Israel but they(Israel) still know that Egypt is their main Enemy, cuz Egypt defeated them in 1956 and in 1973 and it's the strongest country between Arab.

@RichardElden yes they called for a ceasefire when France,united kingdom and Israel took over Suez canal, Egypt didn't care about the ceasefire and continued the attack.

Ronald - its only logical for any army to go back and defend the capital, Russia did it when the germans invaded if your Capital is under attack do you go outside and fight Israe in the Sinia or do you withdrawl your army which is very weak and ill equiped to defend Cairo (where the majoirty of Egyptians live)? what would you do?
