@nabatej Sorry: Great Moravia was in SOUTH , (now Serbia and Bulgaria ), a country situated on both sides of the MORAVA.

The "Great Moravian Empire" is a FICTION. if we would accept empire's criteria concerning a realm, then HUNGARUS (onogur + magyar ) realm already from 500 would exist.

The Svatopluk was not king, but he was sovereign and feudal VASSAL. As SAMO was frank, and he was medieval dealer, later VASSAL.

If in the Carp.Basin lived slavs, we would speak it Slav only.
