First static test of my new 24mm motor. It is approximately an E25. Everything worked great (despite the very crude test stand) but I had one disappointmen; the short delay - only 3 seconds. I had aimed for 4 or 5...
Construction time was roughly 7 hours and the motor is completely made from aluminum except for the nozze that is stainless steel.

As always I won't share anything about fuel/s here on youtube. If you're serious, join an EX forum.

  • Nope, not late! But how does it cast? The mix I use is real easy to cast. In fact I inject it into T2 tubing using a sort of "syringe" I've made from aluminum tubing. The "needle" is nothing but an empty .22 long casing that had the rim filed off leaving a thin tube.

As everything with this motor is so relatively small compared to "ordinary" sugar motors, it takes some special moves to get it to work.

And ty for your comment, I now feel I have to brush off this project and go fly it again...
