Runescape New Working Lure/Skulling Method

I'm not making some sort of "Come back" to Rs Video making. Just figured this might be worth throwing up, do enjoy.

Currently unpatched.

The idea is to get your victim to use the Tz-Kih special attack in the wilderness and be in the radius of it's attack so you are targetted thus making them skulled.
This can also be done with Giant Chinchompa familiars and their special attack hits all targets within the radius.

@Rubenxfd I don't think it's about someone bringing that familiar just by chance, I think you'd just convince them to bring it for whatever reason. That's why it's a lure.
