They had to wait for the herds to come through. Then they could go bring a few down, fill up on it before it rotted, and that was it till the NEXT time the herds came through. Even after animals were domesticated, they would have to be careful about when and how much they ate.

#2) "Evolution supports meat eating” is a myth and nothing more…when the human body can run as fast as a horse, catch it and rib the animals trout open with his teeth then the human species has evolved to eat meat.

When humans can digest rotten meat that was lying in the sun for 3 days without cooking it and not get sick, then the human has evolved to eat meat.

Until then we are true herbivore/frugavores and only part time omnivores for survival in famine times.

#1) We are not animals that graze...if we were we would be on 4 legs close to the ground. Besides a few birds what animal on 2 legs eats meat? grains are for birds, grass is for cows, seeds are perfect for rats but we can have them 2...but humans are designed to eat pretty much only fruits, veggies and nuts..some grains is ok except for wheat, since the wheat of today is not the wheat we us to eat even 100 years ago. non GMO corn, rice, and potatoes are ok for us also.

If it were natural for humans to eat grass, seeds, grains and other greens as the sole source of nutrients - why is the human digestive system not similar to animals that graze?...Why is it similar to animals whose primary source of nutrients is meat?...

Evolution supports meat eating...this is an irrefutable fact; you can claim "claws and sharper teeth" - fact is, humans evolved brains which allowed for the removal of claws and sharper teeth by way of tools and fire.

"to support the brains energy needs"...lol the brain uses sugar as its energy needs not fats and proteins...there is a reason why humans have huge dose of amylase enzyme production which is responsible for digesting starch not meat...and since when do humans have claws, or sharp teeth, or pant, or catch animals in their mouths and eat them raw?...these are all obvious clues...you can ignore them all you want ..but the fact is, for humans It’s NOT natural to eat meat.

Meat is a pretty toxic substance, but if you only eat it like once every 2 weeks you will be fine..
