Seriously though, it's got its flaws, but all of my complaints right now [battery, slowness sometimes] will definitely be fixed with an update.

It's not available to the public. It's only available if you have a company-associated account WITH a company that was getting direct orders for the phone. In addition, it's only $199, no rebate. However, even this outlet is now backordered.
