This is illegal. This is illegal to do in your own car and in any car you sell. The only time you may adjust mileage readings is when you purchase a new Cluster gauge or install different size tires.I am a dealer and I know 100% that this is illegal in ALL THE U.S.A. States. It is even more Illegal to sell a car you have done this too.
