Sarah is in amazing shape. My upper is slender and toned but my legs are skinny and weak. Ive started womans brazilian jiu jitsu so really want some power down there. Her glutes and legs seem like they just define power and could prob choke someone out. go sarah. will try this over the holidays.,

Step classes are the reason why I plan to renew my gym membership. It's fun, fast paced, and you can make a routine.. like a dance! As an ex-dancer it's perfect for me.
