I'm totally stealing Doug Walker's opinion here, but this was definitely going to be Spiderman's big reveal, like you know how in most super hero movies the hero often has a big reveal when you see him in his costume for the first time, like in superman returns he catches the plane, but in spiderman, we just get this shitty little montage of newspaper clippings, this was defo gonna be his reveal.
