  • I considered a worm gear arrangement and ultimately decided on the side of cost effectiveness and simplicity.

  • @Casamongo looks like he used a lapel mic.

  • It's a shame the lateral balance can't be adjusted without destroying the front/back setup.

    Can't you put the camera plate on a work screw or something to allow adjustment without affecting everything else?
