http://www.blip.tv/file/3580073 watch the full review here. This is part one of my very in depth review of the movie Star Trek: Generations. After I saw this movie many years ago I didn't like it. It wasn't a TNG movie and it wasn't a Star Trek movie. It was a sloppy mess of sell out schlock. It felt rushed and slapped together. A lot of parts didn't make sense to me and it's kept me awake many a nights thinking about it. Then recently I decided to make this. The funny thing is I could have gone into more detail getting specific about shot choices, lighting, the way the sound was recorded, etc but these are a lot of the major gripes mainly dealing with the plot and characters.

  • Sauron as in the lotr antagonist? That's pretty lazy

  • THIS GUY IS A GENIOUS!

  • ??????????????

  • Star Trek Generations-Tour De Force!

    Star Trek First Contact-AWESOMETACULAR

    Star Trek Inserrection-Good time...if you're drunk.

    Star Trek Nemesis...Dogshit.

  • Having a photo album TODAY makes you quaint and old fashioned, 375 years from now I doubt you'll even be able to find an artisanal paper photo developing lab in the hipsterest heart of Brooklyn.Like literally this is as far in the future as Plimoth Plantation is in the past, if I was watching a movie set in 2012 where a US Air Force general commutes to work on a horse-drawn carriage, he'd be a fucking weirdo, probably coaxed into "early retirement" aka not trusted with an entire fucking warship.

  • i miss the old Plinkett

  • @directdog291 24th century? Are you telling me that Contra takes place further in the future than star trek.

Well, I guess it makes sense. The Enterprise is a cool spaceship and all, but the spread gun is pretty much the apex of technology. :/

  • The emotion chip got bigger because the directors wanted to put more stupid funny guy in Datas head instead of average funny guy Brent Spiner in his head. It would be much funnier if it was all Brent's jokes.

  • @directdog291 He was making an example, you grammarless failure. They'd still be hundreds of Mirandas, Constitutions, Excelsiors, etc, etc, etc. Also, the Enterprise C was made in the 23rd Century, I believe. So shut up.

  • Wait, wasn't Sauron the main antagonist from The Lord of the Rings? Not Star Trek
