DEMO REEL 2011 (best viewed in HD):
I have been a visual effects artist for about 15 years, mainly working in film and television. Most of that time spent as a Lead- or Senior-Artist, often seeing the process from page to storyboard to on-set supervision to the actual "bench-work" and on to final composite and color-correction.
I was nominated for a Primetime Emmy (Star Trek: Enterprise, "Breaking the Ice), as Lead Artist. That year I contributed to the winning entry (Star Trek: Enterprise, "Broken Bow"). I was also nominated for the Best Digital Matte Painting Award (NCIS: Air Force One) by The Visual Effects Society (VES).
Cheers!

Did you do the Battlestar scenes just for fun? Haven't seen them neither in the series nor in the movies...

@REXDAKEX Those are shots from the BSG video game. I worked for 6 months, with only one other artist at a time, to create over 19 minutes of fully animated material. It was a HUGE job. I designed, directed, animated, lit, composited and edited the whole thing (sometimes modeling). We worked ahead of the show with Gary Huztel, the VFX producer for BSG. We were supposed to be the VFX house to do the show, but Zoic outbid us. Which is why the viper design you see here is what was in the show.
