In this video we are testing the psoas muscle. A flexible psoas muscle is very important for hip and lumbar ROM. ROM is a fundamental function of our bodies but you would be surprised at how few people actually have FULL ROM. Your body can't work at 100% capacity if you don't have 100% ROM.
