My Home Theater

This is my new home theater with for 2009 with a 106" Da-Lite screen and Mitsubishi HC6500 front projector. The front speakers are hidden behind the false speaker cloth walls and are Klipsch RF-83 Floor Standing and a RC-64 Center. The rear speakers are the Klipsch RS-62 along with the center rear being RB-81's. The Receiver is a Pioneer Elite VSX-92Txh using a Klipsch RT12 SubWoofer.

Hey, how's the light output of the HC6500 and how big is the screen? can you post a video with the projector on? thanks

I have a light controlled room and I was concerned that going from the HC1500 down to a 1200 lumen projector I would have a significant loss of image. After hooking up the projector this last weekend and tuning it in, it is so much brighter, clearer, sharper, blacker black and the colors pop. Did I say it was stone cold quiet. I will post another video with a moving showing as well.

I am using a 106" Da-Lite high contrast screen mounted 14'6" from the projector. The image is very very bright. I will post some videos this weekend with some Blu-Ray's. I selected this projector over seeing the EPSON 6500, Sony HPLHW10 and the Panasonic AE3000. The Mitsubishi is much sharper and is stone cold quiet. It's the real deal.

This $2,000 projector is on eBay, right now! Mitsubishi HC6500. It's bid is at $400 and something dollars, but needs 1 of the color wheels. How do you like this projector?
