99% of chances are that the three empty slots in the left centre area are for Makoto, Dudley and Ibuki from SFIII. And the single empty slot on the far right should be a new middle-eastern character called Hakan.

Play Honda, Guile, Vega, Dan, Gief, or Blanka against a good Sagat and see if you say that. Match ups are 7-3 in Sagats favor. And I'm not talking computer Sagat, I'm talking top competition play Sagat. When he has only ONE 5-5 even match up (Dhalsim) and his total advantage points are 148 and the next 4 are 134, 133, 132, 132...there is a balance issue.

um stop bitching and get better... lol lucky me i only beat up scrub sagats online.... no one really uses the fighter to their full compasity in my opinion.
