Are you retarded or are you just trying to be a jackass? It is not illegal to have installer...here let me put this in a easy-to-understand way. It is not illegal to own a gun, it is however illegal to use that gun to kill someone who has done nothing wrong. Owning something (in this case installer) is not illegal, some things are illegal to have in possession but this program is not one of them if you actually have done your research.
