@ceEw0lka With the isolate yeah. The regular body fortress whey protein already has creatine in it. The isolate doesn't.

Can I add 5g creatine mono in this and take it as my post?

@samuellis ON protein is denatured through the ion exchange, BF is microfiltered. Main reason why BF is much better quality.

I didn't hear if you would recommend it or not. I'm looking into this product (Whey Isolate) and Optimum Nutrition Gold whey protein, put these 2 products side by and side this Wal-Mart brand ingredient wise actually is better than ON whey protein. Most people are taking ON protein so should I follow the crowd? Haha Thanks!

idk if i want to get my stuff from walmart. maybe you guys have a better understanding of it but i dont see it being as effective if its coming from walmart rather than like GNC or Complete nutrition. persuade me to think otherwise

@StrengthAddicts so than the whey isolate is better?
Good job spending $22 on 2lbs of protein. What a rip off.

@Brandonbraun $22 for 2lbs of high quality whey isolate is a steal. You're clearly not a very experienced supplement shopper.

Whey Protein concentrate (the regular one) is about 80-85% protein; isolates are usually about 85-90% pure. Hydrosylates can be as pure as 92%. The more pure the protein, the better for your muscles.
Also if you're cutting, the Protein Isolate doesn't have the creatine that the regular BF Whey has - and - it has less lactose (about 2% total)
