WKOW YouNews reporter chadwyk submitted this video from a December 9, 2009 snowstorm in Madison, WI. He writes: "After the bars closed, people created a giant snowball that was said to have started at Walgreens on State Street, rolled down to Gilman, and all the way to University Ave."
