  • How come dancers do martial arts? I evade those stuff and football, cause i don't want to get accidentally hurt, especially on one of my joints.

  • @AkosM i think once people start getting attracted to movement, they realize how similar dance and martial arts are, and the feeling of being able to whoop some ass and get flexible and strong is a nice feeling.

  • thakns for the video's man. law of attraction right here, i was thinking to myself, i wanna learn how to pop, i really want to learn how to pop, then one day searching on youtube i come across your vids. ive been doing the conditioning and basic 101 videos for about a week now, mad props Otis!

  • lol I saw that that high jump too lol. I mainly to get more flexible. I have most of the strength (I can bench 235 and I'm 165 pounds) and I can squat 235 in sets of 8. I just need the flexibilty so I can do some shonn boog type stuff. And I wanna work on getting my toes strong so I can get those perfect glides. Your probably gonna be like poppin pete when you get older dancin at like 47 lol. I wanna do that strobing split flat top does too lol. Well it all takes time haha
