LGB Sumpter Valley on the grade ( level ) crossing

The grade crossing is a life like product...I've used the magnet mounted beneath the LGB Sumpter loco to trigger an LGB switch ( point ) motor to turn on the power to the crossing. The lights and bells start, and the barriers drop with the weight of the train. Once the train has passed, the loco passes over another LGB trip, the power is cut, the lights and sound stop, and the barriers raise.
Effective? Oh yes!
