OH! I get it. You're trying to pinpoint who I'm a wannabe for. Well, I think it's quite alright to be inspired by past artists. I'll list the CORRECT inspirations of this video for you- just for shits n giggles; Roscoe Arbuckle, Jan Svankmajer, Lewis Carroll, Gloria Sigismondi, and of course NIN... Oh, HEY! lemmie try to guess YOUR inspirations- Oh wait, you didn't really make a video, machines did it for you. Point- shoot- slap a filter. That's all you did. TIME & EFFORT, try it, you'll like it

i just don't know about the pot reference.

not that i am opposed in any certian way to pot. but you could have just as well been smoking a camel light... i don't want to see your sponsorship for your painting. i guess i personally don't see anything impressive with scoring drugs, getting high, making a painting. i just think that there are better things to carefully express. and i think you did that after you scored drugsandgothigh. i can begin to see that after the transition and your high.

I never said in the film that it WAS pot, Nor did I intend for it to BE pot... And it's not the plant that gave him the trip, it was the liquid in the bottle that did. Even then, I never specified what exactly the bottle contained. I like the idea of using drugs in a movie that don't actually exist. It's meant to be more of a magical potion then a drug. And that wasn't ME painting. that was someone else. I'm the guy in the hood who hands him the bottle. BTW, I was 100% sober while shooting this.

while we are on the subject of inspirations--for shits n giggles--i'll list mine...SURVING CANCER sooo that train ride in ireland means alot..if the presentation of my inspiration escapes you--well there are other videos to watch that i'm sure are more up to your technical standards-all i'm saying is b4 u point the finger of criticism, open some dialouge and see where people are coming from... remember there is no spoon.... happy film making mr. j
