  • I Corinthians 15:

    45. And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

46.Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and aftwerward that which is spiritual.

    47. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

    48. As is the earthy, such they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

  • @gladiator1010 1 Corinthians 1:15 41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differeth from another star in glory. 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

43 it is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power 44 it is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body

  • @gladiator1010 And am confirming Exodus 20:4

Thous shalt not make unto thee any graven image (precludes any type of effigy), or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, (precludes worship of heavenly bodies) or that is in earth beneath, (precludes worship of animate or inanimate objects) or that is in the water under the earth:

  • It does say in Deut 5:8 that.... "Thou shalt not make any graven image or likeness of any thing....that is in the waters beneath the earth:

However, reading I Samuel 28:13-15 Saul had a witch or diviner "bring up" through a "familiar spirit" the prophet Samuel who had just previously died in verse 3 and it was Samuel that came up out of the earth which, granted, is still strange but it wasn't "gods" per se

I read all of Job 12 but could not find that verse...hmm still interesting though

  • But according to everything I have looked at Jehovah-Nissi means "The LORD my banner"....where did he acquire the "serpent" interpretation from?

He is referring to Exodus 17:15
