ARAGON MILL

a song I heard from Dry Branch Fire Squad, it's about a mill closing down in a small town. There's alot of that going on today. Aragon Mill, was once one of the largest in the state. It was built in 1898 and was one of the largest mills in the State of Georgia. Quite unfortunate, it closed in 1979. It was one of Georgia's main employers. At the battle of New Hope Church and Dallas, Sherman's troops camped out at the spring in 1864 located here in hopes to outflank Johnson's army at Allatoona. and closed in 1979

Wow!! this hits close to home.this was once a mill town here. but the mills have all closed down. never heard this song before but i sure like it Great job!!!
