Multi part demolition footage is something I'm considering posting. I'm now taping my old Jr. High crash to the ground, but, my masterpiece is the demolition of the VETERANS MEMORIAL CIVIC CENTER that died in 1999. It was built in 1955. In 1973 or 4, a city council vote took away the citizens right to vote. A former council person who voted our vote right away purchased it in 1994. A state office building now stands there. Crooked poilitics. Great video! ThankS!

spent my freshmen year there. Not only was it the reason already mentioned, anyone who attended it its last year will tell u it was a health hazarded. There was a leak so big in the girls gym a bird flew in.

Notice the folding chair on the top of the school at 5:25. Amidst all the destruction, the chair remains standing.

The school was demolished because Beall was consolidated with another local high school, and the Board of Ed decided that the high school was unfit to hold the population of two schools. The result was they built a brand new school in it's place.
