In the US Version there are both, the English and Japanese Voices.
To get the Japanese you just have to hold the L-Button while you select a game to load/play.

Wait, Zombie Dragons in Forest of Doom? Beehives in an OUTSIDE area? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?! At least Dullahan's not fought in an outside area anymore, meaning they finally added the church part to City of Haze. Still...DAMN!

Brauner resembles Count Orlock from "Nosferatu" pretty well... Even better than Orlox.

What's with the artstyle change? They should've gotten Kojima to do the art instead of something that looks like generic and crappy fan-art. It looks less like 'PoR' and more like 'PoS' in that regard. The dual gameplay looks nice, though. Japanese voice-acting is likely to be a no. Handheld castlevanias had no voiceACTING only "HAH" or "HURGH" or maybe "AAAAARGH". I can "AAAAAARGH".
