What is most sad about academic publishings, think tanks, and universities is not the funding but people automatically believe anything said by a so-called scholar or a person who has many credits to his name but that doesn't mean that the university or the person cannot be bought. And because the average person won't question the source, then it must be true.

@votumseparatum1 And it also doesn't guarantee the material is well researched. i've read documents by academics that are so opinionated that the only reasons they get taken seriously is the academic credentials of the author.

I wonder if you will inculded traveling and living amongst other cultures to get your news? but then again that takes time and money so only "likey" for a few people.

Of course nothing can surpass first hand experience I agree. Part seven will cover word of mouth and general social discussion. Also attending campaign groups will be covered.

i really think blogs are giving us now a days the unique opportunity of achieving the exact same goal

while english is very dominant in the blogsphere, a multi linguist will be the most successful in achieving such goal..
