Today I am on my second day, I also watched the movie, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and it is what inspired me to start a juice fast. Now finding your videos it is just another reason for me to continue with my life change, weight loss challenge. I can relate with so many things that you have said and am starting at just about your same weight. THANK YOU for being so inspiring!!! Your AMAZING!!
