Why do you put concealer on top of the foundation and not underneath? If the colours aren't a perfect match, wouldn't the concealer show up against the foundation?

Tanya is a makeup artist, with her own makeup artist website. She is somewhat related to Sam and Nic (Pixiwoo's). She is their younger brother's girlfriend. She was also trained by Sam at some point I believe and has modelled for them on their own YouTube channel. So you could say she is a part of their clan. I hope that helps.
