I use silica gel which is like crystal rocks, and I scoop every day and swish it around so that the pee can dry up. Cats have an acute sense of smell, so they don't want to go where it's smelly. But yeah, Nohea flips and digs, so I had to get a very deep box for her as well. She pees SO weirdly!! I will try to catch her. She pees standing up on the side of the box.

You know what's funny? My kittie does that when she's tooting. Like she uses the side of the box as leverage. Heeehee. I figured since I am away from home a lot, the littermaid would save my roomates some time and stuff. We'll see, since I go home on Wednesday
