Wow, you two are gay...I think the only half-ass right move is between 1:30 and 1:50, but I do agree with using a loaded Air-Soft BB Gun to train, that is the best way to tell if you're to slow or not...

good video, but depends on the guy with the gun being untrained. any military guy with a gun, or guy with other training will shot before you get close enough to knock his gun away.
