  • I just call this a farmer's bar arm... Haha Idk maby I'm the weird one :p

  • I call this move a double trouble and i do mine like this:

    1. from bottom- sit out and roll into and put hand on their back

    2. from top- push them over while using ur left hand to hold the arm on the back

    3. spin infront and with ur right hand get a front chicken wing and grab their wrist

    4. let go with u left hand and get a halk and lay on the person

    5. their screwed unless they get saved by the bel

  • @Goodatconnect4 not pressure with your chest, but with your hips. Use your hip pressure to cover his elbow that is on the back. You are basically sprawling.

  • @BustersTexas sure, I do not mind. That reminds me of a story where my coach caused a world finalist at Greco -Roman blood vessels to be popped because he let him do this move on him and said he could not pin him with it.

  • @MrBigcentaur "I want to stress the importance of having the guys hand on the back being punched to the mat." You mean, getting on your toes and putting downward pressure on him with the chest?

  • Make sure you go around the neck and grab your own ribs. Hip heist out to the side and finish the half chest on chest. I am sorry for all the post but there is a character limit and I am terrible with computers. Try it out and enjoy.

  • I like going under the nose and coming up, but each is his own. The problem is that there is no hip pressure. Keep constant pressure with your hips as you circle the head. Once you are over his head, you take your free hand and you run the half.

  • This does not help with "threading the needle" but I want to stress the importance of having the guys hand on the back being punched to the mat. This will raise his shoulder up so you will be able to run a half more efficiently. His smear the face is fine.

  • @Goodatconnect4 Hey, how is going? Before I begin, I want to say that I did not mean to disrespect Mr. Mills with my earlier comment. I do not know him personally, and I am sure he is a great coach.

  • @MrBigcentaur I'm interested in learning the move. What specifically did he do wrong?
