Looks great Dave. I'm going to give it a try tomorrow night. I'm planning to put fresh mozzarella on the burgers while on the grill. Instead of the pizza crusts (which look like a great idea), I will try those new flatbread hamburger buns. I'll let you know the results.

dude, try making 2 pizzas from scratch, fillin them wiv whatever ya want aslong as theres loadsa cheese, meat and tomato, then make a fat boy 1pound burger, cookin the 2 pizzas whilst you fry the burger into a taste sensation, then when the burger is cooked the pizzas shud be ready, put the burger on opne of them, turn the other onto the burger and eat like a true greedy bloke, volia, a purger!!!! thats how i roll lol

Thanks Jim! We are going to try a smoother cheese...creamier. Something like a ricotta with parsley.

And try uploading in HQ (640x480). Most vid cameras have at least that resolution. You'll be pleased with the great detail HQ can bring out. Especially in closeups. Your upload files will be larger, so they take a bit longer to upload and process. But it's worth it.
