I don't believe there is anything out there where you can mask the close/minimize buttons to look like the Mac ones, or at least any that I like.
Safari 3 had the blue scrollbar.
You can get Safari from Apple's website.

Hide icons on Vista: Right-click the desktop screen, click view, then uncheck 'show desktop icons.'
